The stock of machines possessed by the Neks Sp. z o.o. makes it possible to laminate textile materials by means of:
- flame lamination
- polymer powders
- adhesive foils
- adhesive needled cloth of the WEB type
Laminating machines are adapted to production of textile systems of special properties, for example barrier property. The novelty is the possibility to laminate natural leathers with other materials e.g. polyurethane foams.
Thanks to module structure of production lines it can be obtained full range of textile products which can be applied in various industrial branches, the most important of which are: motorization, building, light industry, footwear and furniture industry.
The stock of machines possessed by NEKS Sp. z o.o. is very flexible - that is it is suitable both to long production series and to short pre-production batches. It enables fast adaptation to needs and requirements of a Client.
New lamination technologies implemented by NEKS Sp. z o.o. are pro-ecological what results from elimination of emission of harmful substances to the atmosphere liberating during use of so-called flame technology as well as from limitation of quantity of industrial wastes.
W ramach Programu Operacyjnego Innowacyjna Gospodarka, działanie 6.1 – Paszport do eksportu, Firma NEKS Sp. z o.o. zrealizowała I etap – przygotowanie Planu rozwoju eksportu współfinansowany ze środków Unii Europejskiej w ramach Europejskiego Funduszu Rozwoju Regionalnego.
Obecnie realizujemy II etap projektu, wdrażając zatwierdzony przez ŁARR Plan rozwoju eksportu. Wsparciem dla działania są Fundusze Europejskie – dla rozwoju innowacyjnej gospodarki.
